Dear Letha Thomas,

As an experienced server who prefers independently owned restaurants, I’m excited to apply for Tzuco’s open service crew position. I have five years of experience working in family-owned restaurants, including an Italian eatery and an Ethiopian restaurant. I honed my skills in customer service, food preparation, cleanliness and safety.

At Hard Gnocci, we prioritized exceptional dining experiences with personalized service and ensured every meal met the restaurant’s quality standards. My time at Enssaro Platter, I developed an ability to promote diverse culinary dishes and flavors. Notable accomplishments include:

  • Suggesting popular Ethiopian dishes based on my customer’s culinary preferences.
  • Ability to expedite tickets during lunch and dinner rushes.
  • Handling multiple tasks simultaneously and resolving customer complaints with tact and professionalism.

I am drawn to your award-winning Mexican restaurant because of its commitment to excellence and innovation in the culinary arts. I am eager to bring my passion for food and customer service to your team and contribute to the vibrant and dynamic atmosphere that your establishment is known for. You can reach me before 11 a.m. most days at brandon.day@email.com or 555-555-5555.

Sincerely,

Brandon Day
