- Set up mortgage payment schedules based on reinstatement figures calculated by the lender

- Prepare loan document for Purchase, Refinance, Conventional, VA and FHA loans
- Verifies closing with Settlement Agents/Attorneys
- Review HUD-1 settlement statement for approval communicating and rectifying deficiencies with settlement
- Review all essential forms for completion, and accuracy (1003, 1008, MI Certs, etc.)
- Communicates with Processors, Mortgage Banker and/or Settlement Agents with closing issues
- Forwarding closing package to settlement agent, and wiring funds
