- Served as the onsite telecom engineer for Willkie, Farr and Gallagher in New York City as the voice expert working as a member of their internal IT team. Part of the project team migrating the user population from an Avaya/Nortel CS1000 PBX to Cisco VOIP. Gathered all information from the legacy systems (PBX and Meridian Mail) to migrate into the new Cisco systems (CUCM and Unity) for easier transformation. In addition to migration work, also managed the Nortel system and Call Pilot voicemail service queues for pre-migration maintenance and MAC work. Programmed and installed new Cisco 79XX phones, CTI points and analog voice gateway ports. Programmed voice mailboxes in Unity and built user profiles. Programmed new phone templates and calling search spaces. Performed maintenance and MAC work on the Cisco platform as well as assisting on large telephony moves and migrations.
