- Oversee operation and maintenance of programmable controls

0-5 years of experience
Perform routine/diagnostic checks and complete preventative maintenance on all equipment per schedule.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctioning equipment and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.
- Assist in the coordination of general housekeeping as well as maintain and perform minor repairs in all fields of trade (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, masonry and interior painting) with in the building.
- Communicate with building tenants and external vendors as needed to complete work orders
6-10 years of experience
Operate, maintain, and repair high pressure boilers, pumps, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical fixtures and power generating equipment to ensure the correct and efficient functioning of the machinery.
- Operate computerized building management systems, preventative or predictive maintenance computer systems.
- Inspect and test equipment for safe, efficient, and proper operation by visual and audio inspection during rounds and by standard monitoring; monitor fire prevention equipment to ensure safe and proper functionality.
- Make entries and keep records of shift operations; take and enter gauge readings and accurate water analysis readings and temperatures on operating log sheets.
- Complete shift rounds and work orders; store and handle industrial chemicals as required.
