- Perform a variety of emergency rescue activities at fires, accidents, or other emergency scenes, including administering first aide, at the Certified Emergency Paramedic level.
- Drive and operate a variety of fire suppression and/or emergency vehicles/equipment.
- Serve as lead paramedic to ensure that injured persons are receiving appropriate care and that other emergency medical staff are functioning efficiently and effectively.
- Perform a variety of cleaning, maintenance, and minor repair tasks necessary to keep the fire station and related equipment clean, stored properly, and fully functional.
