- Manage and track the on-boarding processes of more than 35 new hires through an applicant tracking system
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to gather data and build reports for HR managers and executives
- Create and send Offer Letters of Employment to new hires
- Initiate background checks and monitor drug screen results
